Information concerning your Event
Your event, party or company function should be a full success. Please find below a list of requirements regarding the organisation:
Dance Music / end of event
Live music should not be played longer than 1.a.m. (maximum 2 a.m.).
After 1 p.m., a service surcharge of € 78,- per hour will be charged for every hour begun.
Room decoration
Please clarify at what date and hour the banquet room is ready for decorating.
Reservation/pre-payment/Cancellation
When you reserve your banquet room, the reservation is guaranteed by a prepayment of € 500,- (over 80 persons: € 700,-). This prepayment serves as a cancellation fee should you have to cancel. Cancellation policy: within 6 weeks before the event: 50 % cancellation fee, within 4 weeks: 80 %.
Number of persons charged
Please inform the hotel as to the exact number of guests four days prior to the event. This number serves as the basis for your invoice. Should you have a seating order with name cards, please give this information to the hotel 48 hours before.
