The restaurant offers Viennese and other specialties, prepared fresh according to the season. Specialities include the fresh trout served "miller's style" or boiled with parsley potatoes. Typical Viennese dishes include boiled prime beef or various dishes of chicken, lamb or game. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. until 22 p.m.
The Höldrichsmühle is renowned for its regional specialty, the "Milchrahmstrudel", a fluffy sweet cream-cheese strudel served with warm vanilla sauce. Another popular sweet dish is the Schubert Cake made from nuts and poppy seeds and covered with fine chocolate.
